Ohana Volleyball:
One Body. One Spirit.
One Game.
About Us:
At Ohana Volleyball Club, “family” isn’t just our name—it’s our foundation. Inspired by Romans 12:5, we believe that although we are many, we come together as one body, united in purpose and committed to one another. Every athlete brings unique strengths, and together we grow, compete, and support each other on and off the court. Our mission is to develop confident players who understand the power of unity, teamwork, and belonging in Christ Jesus! - Amen
Our Coaching Philosophy
Our coaching philosophy begins with the belief that every athlete is uniquely gifted and intentionally placed on this team. Volleyball is a sport of connection—every pass, set, and swing depends on trust. Romans 12:5 reminds us that this same connection is at the heart of our identity in Christ. We coach with the conviction that we are many players, but one body, and each girl’s contribution matters.
We train athletes to compete with excellence, but also to value humility, service, and unity. Skill development is important, but character development is essential. Our coaches model teamwork, resilience, and Christ‑like leadership, encouraging players to lift one another up on and off the court.
We believe that belonging fuels confidence. When girls know they are valued—not just for their performance, but for who they are—they play with freedom, joy, and purpose. Our goal is to create an environment where athletes grow as teammates, leaders, and young women of faith.
In everything we do—practices, matches, devotionals, and team moments—we strive to reflect the truth of Romans 12:5: we belong to one another, and we are stronger together.
Meet the Coaches
Coach Josh & Coach Lee At Ohana Volleyball Club of Lakewood Ranch, we believe great coaches shape more than athletes—they shape people. Coach Josh and Coach Lee lead with faith, integrity, and a genuine love for the girls they coach. Their leadership reflects Romans 12:5 as they teach our players to stand together as one body, supporting and uplifting each other both on and off the court. Their encouragement helps every athlete grow in skill, confidence, and character.
Our team
At Ohana Volleyball Club of Lakewood Ranch, family extends far beyond the court—and Pam and Allison are a huge part of what makes our community feel like home. Pam, Coach Josh’s wife, serves as our Social Media Coordinator, capturing the heart of our club and sharing the moments that bring our Ohana family together. Her creativity and passion help our athletes shine and keep our families connected. Allison, Coach Lee’s wife, leads our Ministry Outreach efforts with compassion and purpose. She helps us live out the spirit of Romans 12:5 by building bridges, serving others, and ensuring our club reflects unity, kindness, and faith in action. Together, Pam and Allison bring warmth, dedication, and heart to everything they do.
